Join us for the 76th EDSA Summer Meeting, taking place from 17th to 22nd August 2025 in Dublin, Ireland. The event will be hosted at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), located in the heart of Dublin on St. Stephen’s Green.

Payment

For the first round of registrations, the payment period is between Friday, 21st March, and Monday, 31st March.

Applicants must pay the participation fee according to the package they selected on the application form via a secure payment link provided in the confirmation email.

If payment is not received by Monday, 31st March, applicants will receive a 3-day warning to complete their payment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of their spot.

What’s Included?

  • Accommodation:

    • 5 nights at Kavanagh Court, a modern student accommodation near Dublin’s iconic O’Connell Street.

    • Single room with a double bed and ensuite in a shared apartment (approx. 6 rooms per apartment).

    • Features include a full kitchen, TV, and living area.

    • Check-in: Sunday, 17th August

    • Check-out: Friday, 22nd August.

  • Meals:

    • Breakfast each morning at RCSI (tea/coffee and pastries or bagels).

    • Working lunches daily at RCSI, including light meals and mini desserts.

    • Dinners at local restaurants: Wings World Cuisine and Bobos.

    • A joint dinner with ADEE (Association for Dental Education in Europe).

    • Gala Dinner at Hyatt Centric, Dublin, featuring a formal three-course meal.
