Join us for the 76th EDSA Summer Meeting, taking place from 17th to 22nd August 2025 in Dublin, Ireland. The event will be hosted at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), located in the heart of Dublin on St. Stephen’s Green.

Registration will open on March 3rd at 6 pm CET.
Registrations closes on Sunday March 9th at 6 pm CET.

Registration serves as a request to join and does not guarantee participation. After registration closes, a selection process will take place. Confirmed participants will receive an email with further details and payment instructions.

Additionally, there is no post-congress package due to the high cost of accommodation in Dublin city centre. Instead, we’ll be sharing 1, 2 and 3-day itineraries of activities and attractions in Dublin and across Ireland. These itineraries are perfect if you’re planning to arrive early or extend your stay to explore more of what Ireland has to offer.

Package A: Congress

What’s Included?

  • Accommodation:

    • 5 nights at Kavanagh Court, a modern student accommodation near Dublin’s iconic O’Connell Street.

    • Single room with a double bed and ensuite in a shared apartment (approx. 6 rooms per apartment).

    • Features include a full kitchen, TV, and living area as well as larger communal areas for socialising.

    • Check-in: Sunday, 17th August

    • Check-out: Friday, 22nd August.

  • Meals:

    • Breakfast each morning at RCSI (tea/coffee and pastries or bagels).

    • Working lunches daily at RCSI, including light meals and mini desserts.

    • Dinners at local restaurants: Wings World Cuisine and Bobos.

    • A joint evening with ADEE (Association for Dental Education in Europe).

    • Gala Dinner at Hyatt Centric, Dublin, featuring a formal three-course meal.

    • Additional accommodation and activities for pre-congress events.

    • Meals for pre-congress days:

      • Lunch and dinner on Saturday, 16th August.

      • Breakfast and lunch on Sunday, 17th August.

Please note, there are a very limited number of places for package B.
