Join us for the 76th EDSA Summer Meeting, taking place from 17th to 22nd August 2025 in Dublin, Ireland. The event will be hosted at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), located in the heart of Dublin on St. Stephen’s Green.

Payment

For the first round of registrations, the payment period is between Friday, 14th March, and Monday, 24th March.

Applicants must pay the participation fee according to the package they selected on the application form via a secure payment link provided in the confirmation email.

If payment is not received by Monday, 24th March, applicants will receive a 3-day warning to complete their payment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of their spot.

Package B: Pre-Congress Volunteering Program + Congress

Dates: 16th to 22nd August 2025

What’s Included?

  • All benefits of Package A, plus:

    • Additional accommodation and activities for pre-congress events.

    • Meals for pre-congress days:

      • Lunch and dinner on Saturday, 16th August.

      • Breakfast and lunch on Sunday, 17th August.

Please note, there are a very limited number of places for package B.

Details about pre-congress activities will be shared closer to the event.
